Refund Policy

Our goal is for customers to be happy with their purchase. But things may not always go to plan. If things don’t go to plan, contact us and we will try to make things right for you. This policy does not limit your statutory rights to withdraw or rights you may have in relation to incorrect, damaged or defective goods.

Returns 
Return & Refund Requests - Please submit a request for a return or a refund promptly. Place your request for a return or refund within 30 days of delivery. If, for some reason, an item is not delivered, submit your request for a refund within 30 days of the most recent estimated date of delivery. We have no obligation to consider a request placed outside 30 days of the date of delivery or the latest estimated date of arrival.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Non-returnable items:

Health , Beauty and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
